After spending five years in a single-family home in Saint Petersburg, Florida, my good friends Julia and Shelby were ready to move back home to Massachusetts. After a couple false alarms, the perfect condo hit the market. 33 Stone Street, Unit 2, in Beverly not only matched everything on their wish list, it also offered the perfect North Shore lifestyle.
The property itself had been completely rehabbed by an experienced developer and no expense had been spared on quality. As a brand new condo conversion, the unit featured gleaming hardwood floors, a stunning kitchen and modern finishes throughout.
Located in a desirable Beverly neighborhood, Julia and Shelby’s new home is just a short stroll to the beach, public transportation and countless restaurants and shops. Now that they are all moved in, they have been able to soak it all in. I couldn’t be happier to have my long-time friends turned clients living on the North Shore.
